A dream come true

I never dreamed I'd be designing my own house.

Let alone seeing my dream come to life...

A light at the end of our tunnel...

A couple of weeks ago we started to rebuild our home, I never thought this day would ever come.

Although its been almost a year since the fire, its been hard to put behind all the pain and suffering my family has had to endure.

Its now time.

I am looking forward to a new year, and my old life.

I'm back....

Last time I posted in my blog I was dealing with the ordeal of losing everything in a house fire...
Well almost everything, my family pets and I got out ok.
My middle guy Kayne was in the shower when the fire broke and engulfed the second floor surrounding and trapping him in the bathroom.

Thanks to my hero, my husband he got him out through the window, he inhaled smoke and was naked and black from head to toe but alive and well. THANK you GOD.

For the next few months I plan on dedicating my blogs to the ups and downs, emotional highs and lows, exciting plans of rebuilding our lives, getting over the "what if syndrome"

the step by step rebuilding of memories we lost, the home we shared, and the lives we once lived.

Please take this journey with me and my family...I believe God had me ordeal this hardship to help someone else who may need help in this situation.
