Restoration Razzle Dazzle

Those who know me know I never buy anything retail...especially furniture.
I can not justify paying retail for particle board cheaply assembled furniture, I love buying antique solid wood furniture and updating the look with chalk paint or re-upholster with funky vintage fabrics.

 This is my angel...my beautiful niece. 

I have had the pleasure of watching her while my bro and sis were in Jamaica this past week.

I am one lucky Zia.

  AM I NOT?

So good to be home.

 I have moved before, but not like this move.

 You normally work through the endless boxes,

 but when your rebuilding after a house fire and move into your home still needing to grout tiles, install doors, remove construction debris and plant gardens its tiring to say the least.

 But we did it!

I can't move, my back hurts from all the shoveling, cleaning, garbage removal, oh and did I mention my brother went to Jamaica and I watched my 7 month old niece on top of all that. I was running on pure adrenalin. 

I wouldn't change my last 2 weeks for anything....

SO HAPPY TO BE HOME!
